Goals are vitally important to us getting what we want, but are hard to plan and sometimes even harder to stick to.
Want to increase sales?  Find more time in your day? Reduce your stress?  Earn more money?  Get to the gym more often?  Keep up better with friends and family?  Lose weight?  Get a promotion?  Meet more people or get more dates?  This workshop can help!

As a coach, trainer and manager, I know why people get stuck and how to help them out.  The participant reviews of this workshop have been incredible!  People are more focused and energized to accomplish more, make positive changes and really excel.

Please bring one or two goals that you want to get to work on, or that you have been stuck with in the past.  We'll learn the four essential components of a well-planned goal, how to craft your goals using them, and some customized strategies to make, or remake, goals that you will want to stick to and accomplish!  My mission is to have you leave this session with a new, immediately actionable plan and outlook to get more accomplished in less time, and enjoy doing it.

The objective of this group is to learn from and support each other: share insights, challenges and accomplishments to help each other grow and be more than we could as individuals. This is a judgment-free zone; all ideas and perspectives are welcome.
